SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your receipt of text messages from Excellence Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Excellence Services uses SMS messaging to communicate with job candidates during the recruitment process. Messages may include:

• Interview invitations: Links to complete a voice interview with our AI recruiter
• Reminders: Notifications about upcoming or expiring interview links
• Status updates: Information about your application progress
• Job notifications: Alerts about new positions matching your profile

2. Opt-In Consent

You may consent to receive SMS messages from Excellence Services by opting in on our online job application form.

When you apply for a position at excellenceservices.com/careers/apply, the application form includes a mobile phone number field and an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. By entering your phone number and checking the box, you consent to receive recruitment-related SMS messages. The consent checkbox includes the following disclosure:

Message frequency varies based on your application status. You may receive approximately 1–10 messages per month during an active recruitment process. We will not send messages outside of business purposes.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Excellence Services does not charge for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your carrier may.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your employment application.

Your phone number and SMS consent data are protected under our Privacy Policy. Key protections include:

• Your mobile phone number and opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• We may share data with service providers who assist in delivering messages (e.g., platform providers, phone carriers), subject to confidentiality obligations.

Our SMS program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier coverage may vary.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email.
